I recently purchased a complete Vance and Hines exhaust from Guy in parts. Guy is very helpful and knowledgeable with his help and Auston is the service dept. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and get it installed at a very fare price. Auston followed thru on everything and had the bike ready when he told me it would be. I work in the service dept. of a new car dealership and know this kind of service available everywhere very pleased.

My salesman Frank Shipman treated me with no pressure to buy was extremely courtious and went out of his way to get me into my bike!

I came to the dealership and traded my 2015 limited for a 2018 Road Glide. They worked very hard to make the deal work. During this time I left my St Christopher medallion attached to the old bike. My daughter asked if I kept it and I told her I did not and her face drop and I broke her heart. So I called the dealer to see if they mightve found it. I talked to a very special person Tammy and I explained the problem and she said she would do what she could. We talked a couple days and still could not find it. I told her that I appreciate her efforts. Well bless Tammys heart she called and found it. These folks at this dealership is just awesome. What great people they are. I bought my 2018 114 Heritage from the people at Crystal Harley a couple of months ago and I just want to say to the people wondering about do these guys stand behind you if something goes wrong, they do here ! My new bike was making a noise and while it's taken three times to get it figured out these guys stuck with it, they never acted like I was hearing things they arranged rides to get me home, Austin in the service department has been great to work with ! I recently knocked an item off the bucket list by riding the Florida coastline with 3 buddies. A1A & 1 down Atlantic coast to mile marker zero in Key West, then 41, 19, etc back up the gulf side. We were about 1100 miles into a 1400 mile ride, and approx. 1000 miles from home, when my temp & engine light came on (15 limited, < 10k miles). I immediately pulled off road and checked simple stuff, fluids etc. Figured out real quick that the dealer locator function is good for more than finding cool t-shirts. :) We were about 21 miles from Crystal HD. I called service Dept and talked to Tom and explained situation. He didn't recommend riding but said he could send someone immediately. Within 20-30 minutes Rob pulled up with truck and trailer, loaded bike and hauled in to shop. They quickly determined water pump failure and notified me that they didn't have one in stock but had someone in route to Ocala (an hour away) to get one and were confident they could get me back on road that afternoon. Sure enough, they came thru and I was back on road within 5-6 hours. It could've been so much worse, such as sorry, it's Friday afternoon and we won't be able to get parts till Monday or Tuesday. Fortunately this is the first time I've ever broke down on a long trip, but in a worst case scenario such as this, I can't imagine being treated any better. Everyone at Crystal HD was extremely accommodating. From service, sales, accessories, etc. They are all awesome folks. Special thanks to Tom for making it happen and getting it done. As well as Rob for hauling me in. And whoever the tech was that completed the repairs and getting it done. All around awesome!!! We completed our ride and trailered back north to the cold nasty weather and made it back to work on time. They get 8 thumbs up from me and my buddies. They went above and beyond in every aspect. I can't imagine what more they could have done to turn a negative situation into a relatively positive experience. Special thanks to HD corporate for covering all costs under warranty. Recently had a reverse motor failure on my 2015 Triglide. Stopped by assuming that I would make an appointment to get it looked at. Met Vicki at the service counter, who made sure that they had any parts they may need and she said they would make the repairs right away. They took the bike in an made the repairs promptly. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely use them again!!

The service department here is the best! Vicki is the service writer and she gets stuff done! Doug is my mechanic and he is the best! I travel all over the country and these 2 keep my bike running top notch!! I try not to let anyone but them touch my Road Glide Ultra!

I bought my first Harley here yesterday. A XL1200 sportster. The bike handles and runs great. Rich was my sales guy. He did a good job. Thanks Rich. Travis in Service , did a good job on setting the bike controls up for me too. , My only complaint , is I should have gotten a Harley sooner.

Last September 2015 I took my 2008 Ultra CVO to the shop for a major service. During the service Art (mechanic) drained the trans oil and found bits of metal on the plus magnet, looked in the box and found much of the gears on the floor of the box. Vicky (service manager) prepared the bike for warranty appraisal to replace the trans. Upon getting the ok, parts were ordered and repair completed time. Great job Art! Thank you very much Vicky for making things happen, took the bike to Sturgis SD, bike ran great! Crystal Harley Davidson is the best!!
